4 x focused swimming sessions
Service Description
These lessons can be whatever you want them to be, focusing on your requirements. This could be looking at confidence building, technique, stamina, speed or injury prevention. These sessions include video analysis, feedback and, if suitable, a pool set for you to follow in between sessions. Endless pool sessions are for 30 minutes and sea sessions for a total of 1 hour to include briefing, discussions and video analysis.
Cancellation Policy
Open water classes may need to be cancelled due to weather or sewage conditions. We will make a decision the evening before the lesson and notify you immediately to cancel and reschedule the lesson. If you need to cancel the lesson we will endeavour to reschedule it, subject to 24 hours notice. If the session cannot be rescheduled you will receive a refund, minus a 5% (minimum £1) processing fee. If you do not attend or cancel within 24 hours you will be charged the full session amount. If there is insufficient demand for any course or the minimum number is not met we retain the right to cancel the session. Our aim will always be to advise you as soon as possible and either reschedule or refund in full. If we have to cancel any session we will offer you an alternative date/time or refund in full.
