Service Description
This is an informal, un-coached session for like-minded swimmers to come together and have company as they set off together, swim their swim and build their distances.
Cancellation Policy
Open water classes may need to be cancelled due to weather or sewage conditions. We will make a decision the evening before the lesson and notify you immediately to cancel the lesson. If you do not attend or cancel within 24 hours you will be charged the full session amount. If there is insufficient demand for any course or the minimum number is not met we retain the right to cancel the session. Our aim will always be to advise you as soon as possible and either reschedule or refund in full. If we have to cancel any session we will refund in full.
